BLACKPINK JISOO SOLO: BLINKS, we have a piece of good news for yo. Your favorite group is back with another update, and this time it’s Jisoo’s solo album, as confirmed by BLACKPINK’s Agency YG Entertainment.
BLACKPINK Jisoo announces first SOLO
The poster of the upcoming song was shared by the band on their official Twitter and revealed that the solo will be released on March 31st this year. Further details were not revealed by them. The poster is a photo of a lush green field with mountains in the background. Only a red cloth is spread out on the ground which seems to be hiding something or somebody.
About BLACKPINK
Blackpink is a South Korean girl group formed by YG Entertainment on August 8, 2016, that co-writes and co-produces the majority of its material like dance choreography, and lyrics. The band consists of 4 members Jisoo, Lisa, Rose, and Jennie.
Besides Jisoo, everyone on the team got their solo albums, Lisa has Money and Lalisa, Rose has Gone and On the Ground, and Jennie has SOLO.
Jennie’s SOLO was released in 2018 and was awarded Golden Disk Award Division.
Lisa‘s LALISA was released in 2021 and was awarded MTV Video Music Award for Best K-Pop.
Rose‘s on the ground was released in 2021.
