This case escalated his problems in the past. Members of the PFA Gaurav Gupta and his brother Saurabh Gupta have claimed that they are in danger after accusing Elvish Yadav of providing snake poison during rave parties. Due to their testimony against the social media influencer and subsequent detention, Elvish has been linked to threats, according to the news reports about these two.

Noida Police Receives Complaint

Gaurav and Saurabh Gupta, PFA members, have complained and requested action from the Noida Police via WhatsApp. It is noteworthy that Bigg Boss winner Elvish Yadav was forced to enter jail following this complaint. On March 22, a Gautam Buddha Nagar court granted him bail in the same case.
