Munawar Faruqui, the stand-up comedian and rapper, won the reality show Bigg Boss 17 after getting a huge number of votes. Along with the trophy, he also took a brand new Hyundai Creta home. In the grand finale, Salman Khan announced that there will be live voting between the two contestants who will be the top 2 of the show. Munawar Faruqui and Abhishek Kumar were the top 2 of the show after the eviction of Arun Mashettey, Ankita Lokhande and Mannara Chopra respectively. They both were called on the stage by Salman Khan to decide the winner of the show and Munawar Faruqui became the winner of Bigg Boss 17 after the live voting.
