Nysa Devgan: Kajol reacts to daughter’s Bollywood debut, comparison with Suhana Khan

Nysa Devgan: Kajol is currently promoting her upcoming film Salaam Venky. The film sees her playing a strong-headed mother looking out for her child. The story is based on the life of young boy Kolavennu Venkatesh who passed away in 2004 after battling Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. His death sent the entire nation into a frenzy, sparking a national debate about euthanasia in India. During promotional event of the film, who is a mother to Nysa and Yug, opened about her daughter’s Bollywood debut.

Is Nysa preparing for the same thing as famous youngsters like Suhana Khan, Agasthya Nanda, and Khushi Kapoor who will debut next year? We questioned Kajol if her daughter had raised the possibility of wanting to perform in the near future during an exclusive interview with IndiaToday.in. Kajol responded, “No, she has no plans to act at this time. She is currently enjoying herself while learning. She also stated how protective she has always been as a mother. During the discussion, Kajol also explained why the movie Salaam Venky holds a special place in her heart.

About Salaam Venky

Kajol, Vishal Jethwa, Rahul Bose, Rajeev Khandelwal, Prakash Raj, and Ahana Kumra are among the cast members of Salaam Venky, directed by Revathi. A few days ago, the trailer was introduced during a gathering in Mumbai. The movie centres on the real-life experience of a mother and her son who has Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). The movie is scheduled to open in theatres on December 9, 2022. It was produced by Suuraj Sinngh, Shraddha Agrawal, and Varsha Kukreja under the auspices of BLIVE Productions and RTAKE Studios.
