Pallavi Joshi injured as vehicle goes out of control on the sets of The Vaccine War

Pallavi Joshi: The Kashmir Files actor Pallavi Joshi, who is currently shooting for The Vaccine War in Hyderabad, met with an accident on the film’s sets on Tuesday morning and was rushed to a hospital. Reports said, Pallavi was injured after a vehicle lost control and hit her.

However, sources said that the injury was not serious nature and Pallavi continued to finish her shot. Later she doctors treated her at a local hospital and she was doing well, reports said.

Vivek Agnihotri writes cryptic tweet

Pallavi’s husband and director of The Vaccine War, Vivek Agnihotri, wrote a cryptic tweet after the incident. He wrote, “Life is a game of running on a high speed, heavy traffic, accident prone street of drunk drivers. You have to save yourself. Most become victims of mishaps & never recover. Those who survive accidents, stand up and run again, reach their destination. #CreativeConsciousness (sic).”

Earlier a day back, Pallavi had shared a photo on Instagram while shooting for the film.

About The Vaccine War

Vivek Agnihotri’s The Vaccine War, has created quite a buzz after his 2022 blockbuster The Kashmir Files. The film stars Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar and Pallavi Joshi, among others. Pallavi Joshi plays the leading role. The shooting of the film is going on in Hyderabad.

Vivek announced The Vaccine War last year and shared his excitement about the project. The tagline on the film’s first look poster said, “A war you didn’t know you fought. And won”. It soon went on floors in Lucknow. Though not much has been revealed about the film, the name suggests that it will open certain chapters about Indian Bio-scientists and indigenous vaccines. The film is a tribute to the medical fraternity and scientists during the Covid-19 pandemic. The film will release in Hindi, English, Bangla, Punjabi, Bhojpuri, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, and Marathi this August.

The film is expected to release on August 15 this year. Sampthami Gowda, who played a pivotal role in Rishab Shetty’s Kantara, makes her Hindi debut with The Vaccine War.
