Param Sundari Song ‘Bheegi Saree’: ‘Aaj Kiara Nahi Chhodegi…’ Netizens REACT To Sidharth Malhotra-Janhvi Kapoor’s Steamy Rain Romance

The Bheegi Saree song from Param Sundari shows Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra’s rainy romance but got mixed reactions from fans about their chemistry.

Fans have been waiting all year to see Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra together in Param Sundari. Their first song, “Pardesiya”, showed their sweet chemistry, backed by Sonu Nigam’s lovely voice.

Now, before the film’s release on August 29, the makers released the second song “Bheegi Saree.” As the name suggests, the song shows a steamy romance in the rain, with Janhvi and Sidharth sharing some intense moments.

The song follows Pardesiya and shows a more passionate side of their love story. It starts with Janhvi and Sidharth stepping out of a car and dancing in the rain. Janhvi looks beautiful in a white saree, moving gracefully like flowing water. Sidharth looks handsome with his wet hair slicked back. Their chemistry tries to match the sweet voices of singers Shreya Ghoshal and Adnan Sami. But not all fans felt the spark.

The reaction on social media is mixed. Some fans openly questioned their chemistry, with one asking, “Chemistry where??”

Another user commented, “Kiara 99 missed call.”

One more joked, “Aaj Kiara nahi chhoregi.”

A disappointed user said, “Why Janhvi? No chemistry…”

One user even commented on Janhvi’s looks, saying she has done “too much work like botox and fillers,” which they felt took away her natural charm.

What To Expect From This Rom-Com

Despite the mixed reviews, “Bheegi Saree” has created a buzz and made fans curious about the film. Param Sundari stars Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor in a romantic drama. It is directed by Tushar Jalota and produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films. The story explores the romance between a North Indian boy and a South Indian girl. The film promises emotional depth and cultural contrasts.

The first song, “Pardesiya”, became popular for its soulful tune and meaningful lyrics. Now, “Bheegi Saree” adds a different mood with its passionate rain scenes and energetic dance.
