Rajinikanth Jailer: From Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar to Sunil; 5 big stars who’ll share screen with the Superstar

Rajinikanth Jailer: Jailer, the highly anticipated film starring superstar Rajinikanth, is nearing the end of production. The film, billed as a dark comedy thriller, is the veteran actor’s debut onscreen cooperation with the film’s young director, Nelson Dilipkumar. The intriguing first teaser of Jailer, which was unveiled on Rajinikanth’s 72nd birthday, has grabbed social media by storm. The teaser confirms that Rajinikanth would feature in Jailer in a hitherto unseen avatar.

The special teaser for Nelson Dilipkumar’s film, published as the team’s birthday gift to Rajinikanth, introduced him as the central character Muthuvel Pandian. Despite the fact that little is known about the senior actor’s character in the film, it is clear that Muthuvel Pandian is an aged man preparing for a major war. The teaser also implies that he comes from a low-income family and lives in the middle class. The superstar later pulls out a firearm with determination on his face, implying that something big is on the way. The title suggests that Rajinikanth will be playing a prison officer aka Jailer in the film.
