Ranbir Kapoor decided to take some time off to be with his baby when it’s born. Alia Bhatt confirmed that she will return to work as soon as she can after delivery of her baby. The couple is expecting their first baby. Some days back, Alia Bhatt had a baby shower with her family members and close friends. Riddhima Kapoor shared the photos from the event that is celebrated in Ranbir-Alia’s house ‘Vastu’. They have also celebrated their wedding in this house. As Alia will return to work after her delivery, Ranbir will stay at home to take care of their child.
Alia has some pending projects
A very close friend of the couple reveals, ‘It was Ranbir’s own idea to take a paternity break. He is very excited as he’s father-to-be. He suggested that Alia should return to work while he would look after the baby.’ Alia would need to get back to finish her pending work in some big projects. She will work in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and then she will start working in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Baiju Bawra. Ranbir is quicky completing his work on Sandeep Venga’s Animal. He has not accepted any other project till now as he wants to stay home. But he will start working after his paternity leave.’
