According to reports, the apartment bought by Ranveer Singh is spread over 16, 17, 18 and 19 floors with a carpet area of 11,266 square feet. The apartment also covers a terrace area of 1300 square feet. The price of this property is being said to be around Rs 119 crore. Along with this he also got parking space for many vehicles with this sea facing apartment. The area where Ranveer has taken the property, has very high rates. Here the rate of property per square fit is around Rs 1 lakh.
