Tum Kya Mile song: Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, is set to bring the Dharma magic to the silver screen next month. Directed by Karan Johar, the film is a family drama featuring an ensemble cast including Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan, and Dharmendra, in addition to Alia and Ranveer. To add to fans’ overflowing excitement, the makers have now dropped the first single, Tum Kya Mile, from the film. A romantic number, Tum Kya Mile is set to make you fall in love all over again.

Karan Johar’s sweet note ahead of Tum Kya Mile release
Just a few hours ago, Karan Johar penned a lengthy note describing what went into making the song. He wrote, “In a few hours #tumkyamile will be yours….I remember at the very onset my instinct was that I wanted to film a love song that would unabashadely pay homage to my guru Yash Chopra…. The thinking evolved mind would say “you can’t match it or even dare to emulate it “ but the fan boy and the ardent lover of snow , chiffons,the stunning locations of Kashmir and sheer romance got the better of me…”
The filmmaker further wrote that he felt apologetic for freezing Alia in Manish Malhotra chiffon sarees right after she had given birth to her daughter Raha. “In sympathy I fell drastically ill through the shoot ( a karmic punishment perhaps ) Ranveer was nervous as this was his first lip sync mountain love song but he was a real trooper….So we are back to the valleys for a ishq wala lip sync chiffon saree song…I hope you feel the love as much as we felt the cold…This one’s for you Yash uncle …Your fan forever,” wrote Karan.
Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani will release on July 28, 2023.
