Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani: Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhindhora Baje Re’ song depicts grandeur and festive charm of Durga Puja

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani: The much-awaited film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, has been a topic of anticipation and excitement among fans. As the release date approaches, the lead actors are busy promoting the film both offline and online. The trailer of the film has already captivated audiences, and the songs are keeping the hype alive. With three songs – Tum Kya Mile, What Jhumka, and Ve Kamleya already trending on social media, the latest song Dhindhora Baje Re is set to take the excitement to new heights.

Dhindhora Baje Re: A treat for the festivities 

The makers unveiled the much-awaited track, Dhindhora Baje Re. The song can be said that it is indeed a treat ahead of Durga Puja. The music video of Dhindhora Baje Re sets our feet tapping with peppy lyrics, while Ranveer and Alia’s energetic dance moves set our hearts racing. The song is a celebration of love and joy, set amidst the backdrop of Durga Puja, adding a festive touch to the film’s promotions.

In the music video, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt’s crackling chemistry and high-energy dance moves add to the song’s vibrancy. Sung by Darshan Raval and Bhoomi Trivedi, and choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant, Dhindhora Baje Re showcases the actor-duo in traditional red attires featuring golden embroidery, perfectly complementing the festive theme of the song. The background dancers don Bengali wear, adding authenticity to the Durga Puja pandal setting.

About ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ 

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is all set to release on July 28th. The film marks the much-awaited return of director Karan Johar after seven years since Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016). Karan reunites not only with Alia Bhatt, who made her acting debut as a lead in Student of the Year (2012), but also with veteran actress Jaya Bachchan, who appeared in his iconic directorial Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001). Moreover, the film marks the reunion of Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt after their successful collaboration in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy (2019).
