Hyderabad’s EVA IVF Hospital filed a petition against Samantha’s latest survival-thriller. In the movie, Samantha goes in EVA surrogacy clinic which conducts illegal activities in the name of surrogacy clinic. Troubles have increased for Samantha Ruth Prabhu and the makers as the court has ruled in favor of the hospital.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer Yashoda’s OTT release will be delayed
Samantha starrer Yashoda was released in the theatres on November 11. The film is receiving mixed reviews since its release from critics and the audience. Yashoda is having a successful run in the theatres. According to latest reports, Yashoda was scheduled to premiere on OTT in few weeks but now OTT release has been delayed. The film has surrounded with troubles as the EVA IVF hospital in Hyderabad filed a petition stating that the film is showing the poor image of the hospital.

In Yashoda, many girls enroll to EVA surrogacy clinic and the owner of the clinic Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Unni Mukundan uses the fetus to develop an anti-ageing serum. The case was heard at the Hyderabad civil court, the judge ruled in favor of EVA hospital. Hence, the OTT release of the film has been delayed.
