Sayantani Ghosh gets engaged to longtime boyfriend Anugrah

Television actress Sayantani Ghosh recently got engaged to her longtime boyfriend Anugrah Tiwari in a private ceremony in Kolkata. The actress who is all set to tie the knot on December 5 (today) took to her Instagram and shared several pictures from the pre-wedding festivities.

Posting the album on her Instagram profile, she wrote: "The best thing in life is to hold on to each other and here we are about to begin a new chapter in our lives. As we start our new journey, we have had an eternal blessing by my dida. The saree and my bangles that I'm wearing were given to me by her and it feels like she was a part of our celebration last night. Thank you Parama Ghosh for helping me with styling the blouse so last minute."

Sayantani Ghosh wore a red saree paired with a golden blouse for the occasion while Anugrah Tiwari opted for a complementing golden jacket over his red kurta. One of the pictures have the couple showing their engagement rings while another one had them giving a fist bump to the camera. The actor also posed solo for two pictures with flower decorations as the backdrop.

While Sayantani is a popular name in the television industry, Anugrah is a known personality in the fitness industry. In a 2020 interview with ETimes, Sayantani had shared that their wedding is on the cards and had said:

"I definitely want to get married. It is just a matter of time. We are not planning 'ke iss date pe shaadi karenge'. But we will when our hearts want. We are together. We are a part of each other’s lives and we are loving that aspect of each other’s lives. Whenever we decide on anything seriously, we will announce it."

On the work front, Sayantani is currently seen in Tera Yaar Hoon Main which airs on SAB TV. Prior to this, she impressed everyone with her shows like Naaginn, Naamkarann, Mahabharat and Santoshi Maa among others.
