Shark Tank India 2: Ashneer Grover has not returned for the second season of Shark Tank India. Ashneer, who became a social media sensation with his appearance in the first season of the reality show, enjoys a huge fan following. His absence in the show is felt by many netizens and fans leave no chance to remind it to the makers. Recently, Shark Tank India judge Anupam Mittal shared a video of himself offering a job offer to a show owner. The post was received with much love. However, a troll went on to say that Shark Tank India have become boring in Ashneer Grover's absence.

Anupam Mittal's 'Boss' reply to trolls

Anupam Mittal shared a video from the second pitch of Shark Tank 2's January 6 episode, in which Ganesh Balkrishnan pitched his breathable shoe brand. Ganesh's pitch became emotional when he told the Sharks that he is on the verge of closing down and that 33% of his angel investors are also unwilling to invest in him anymore. When Anupam inquired about his personal life, the pitcher stated that his wife supports the family financially. They have a 10-year-old daughter as well.

In the comments section, a fan wrote, "Ashneer grover ji nhi hai isliye Maja nhi aarha hai (sic)." Anupam replied to his comment saying, "Big Boss dekh lo (sic)."

Another netizen commented, "Sir shark tank season 2 ma itna maza nahi aa raha. Fake fake jaada lag raha ha. Season 1 was the best raw and natural. Season 2 to pheeka pheeka sa ha ab bass issa Indian idol mat bana na. Keep it natural. This is my one advice to all the sharks (sic)."

Anupam handled the situation with utmost grace and said, "Koshish zaree hai."

Shark India Season 2 received flak

Earlier this week, on the first episode of the show's new second season, the shark refused to make an offer to a makeup brand because it would compete with their friend and co-shark Vineeta's brand Sugar. The move drew a lot of criticism on social media, and they were called unfair. "Being a shark doesn't mean we aren't entitled to our independent values & speaking candidly so if I don't invest in a fellow sharks competition, that's me, no regrets & if I call out toxicity & don't join the ignorant that celebrate people with lack of integrity.. that's me:)."
