Shark Tank India Season 2: Sharks advised pitchers to use design language

Sharks said that they are not having any special design that can help them grow among the consumer. Sharks asked them about their revenue, unit dynamics to inquire about the company and after that Namita Thapar stepped out of the deal as she thought that this is very ‘cluttered’ market and their brand is also not using any USP. Aman Gupta also advised them to use a designing language that can help consumers to recognize their products in market.

Peyush Bansal gave suggestion to woman entrepreneur

Peyush Bansal said, “I think aapka sabse bada challenge aayega family dynamics because abhi business 7,8,10 crore ka hai…100 crore ka business banane ke liye capital raise karne ke liye I think you have to sort out equity structure, ownership. I strongly think Esha you need to become the CEO for you to raise capital in provate markets. Not because sir(her father) is capable…ye iss brand pe aap likhe hue ho. This is your baby and you have to eventually.”

However, pitchers impressed Amit Jain. He said he always finds a spark in entrepreneurs and he found that spark in them. He further added, “Ye thoda family type ka business lag raha hai, Scalable, expandable enterprise business abhi mereko nahi lag raha but main phir aapke sath judna chahunga kyunki mujhe lagta hai shayad main aapko mentorship de paaun.” Amit Jain gave them offer of 10 lakhs for 1% equity and 65 lakhs at 18% interest and pitchers got the deal. Peyush Bansal said, “glad that you did not negotiate.”
