Thamma Makers Tease Big Reveal With Shraddha Kapoor
On September 26 at 4 pm, Maddock Films will host a “Thamma-Kedaar” event at the Bandra Fort Amphitheatre. Shraddha Kapoor will join producer Dinesh Vijan on stage to share the next big asset from their upcoming horror-comedy Thama. What makes it more exciting is that the event is open to everyone. Fans can register for free on BookMyShow and attend the four-hour celebration.

About This Ayushmann Khurrana Starrer
Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, Thamma is the next big chapter in Maddock’s horror universe. The film features Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Paresh Rawal in key roles.
The teaser that was released earlier gave audiences a glimpse of what’s coming. It began with Ayushmann and Rashmika’s chemistry as lovers. But things quickly turned darker with the entry of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who brought suspense and intensity to the screen. The teaser mixed love, horror, and mystery. Since then, fans have been curious about the full story.
Ayushmann Khurrana plays Alok (Insaaniyat ki aakhri umeed- the last ray of hope). His role is being kept under wraps to build suspense. Rashmika Mandanna takes on the role of Tadaka (Roshni ki ek hi pehli kiran – the very first ray of light). Her character represents hope in the middle of chaos.
On the darker side, Nawazuddin Siddiqui becomes Yakshasan (Andhere ka Badshah – King of Darkness). His menacing role is expected to leave a strong impact. Adding balance to the story, Paresh Rawal plays Mr Ram Bajaj Goyal – “jo humesha comedy mein tragedy dhoondhte hain” (who always finds tragedy in comedy). His role will bring humour into the intense storyline.
Well, Thama is already one of the most talked-about films of the year. The film will release in theatres this Diwali, on October 21, 2025.
