1. Animal (2023)

Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Anil Kapoor's December 2023 release Animal is standing tall at the first position. The film enjoys the highest grossing for any Hindi film on day 9th of its release. Sandeep Reddy Vanga's film amassed INR 32.47 Cr on the 9th Day. Its overall collection is 915 Cr with 502.98 Cr India net. Animal follows the story of a son who loves his father deeply and can cross any boundaries to save him. 

2. Gadar 2 (2023)

August 2023 released Gadar 2 is in the second spot. Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel's film received INR 31.07 Cr ninth day collection. This all-time blockbuster film has amassed 686 Cr worldwide.Gadar 2 follows the story of Tara Singh who returns to India to save his son. 

3. Pushpa 2: The Rule (2024)

Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna's film Pushpa 2 The Rule has already broken several records. On the 9th day of its collection, Pushpa 2 earned INR 27 Cr. It has also surpassed the 1000 Cr worldwide collection. 

4. Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017)

India's one of the Biggest Films of all time, Prabhas and Anushka Shetty starter Baahubali 2: The Conclusion released in 2017 is at number four. The film grossed INR 26.5 Cr on its 9th Day of release. Being the second highest-grossing Indian film after Dangal, Baahubali 2 earned 1788.06 crore worldwide with 510.99 Cr India net. This film follows the story of Amrendra Baahubali, Mahendra Baahubali's father and how was he a messiah of Mahishmati. 

5. The Kashmir Files (2022)

Vivek Agnihotri's film based on Kashmir Killings released in 2022 is the fifth film to gross the highest amount on day 9th. The Kashmir Filesearned INR 24.8 Cr on the ninth day at the box office. This film is regarded as an all-time blockbuster with a 341 Cr worldwide collection and 252.25 India net. 

All in all, these top 5 highest-grossing films are somewhere one of the most loved films as well. Being a complete package of acting, story, dialogues and cinematography all these films live up to the expectations.
