Twist in Aryan Khan case: A witness claims – ‘The deal was settled in 18 crores’, NCB denies

A new twist has come to the fore in the Mumbai cruise drugs case. Prabhakar Cell, who was made the arbitrator in the case against Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, has made shocking revelations by giving an affidavit. Panch Prabhakar has made big allegations against NCB zonal chief Sameer Wankhede and other witness KP Gosavi. Prabhakar, the accuser, is describing himself as the bodyguard of KP Gosavi. KP Gosavi is the same person whose picture went viral with Aryan Khan. He is a private detector.

Prabhakar has alleged that he had heard KP Gosavi and Sam talking about Rs 25 crore and said that the talk was made on 18 crores. Prabhakar claims that Gosavi and Sam had allegedly promised to give Rs 8 crore to NCB officer Sameer Wankhede.

Prabhakar has also claimed that after raiding the cruise, Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani along with KP Gosavi and Sam were seen talking together in a blue Mercedes car for about 15 minutes. Prabhakar said that after that Gosavi had called him and asked him to become a panch. He has told that NCB had got him signed on 10 plain papers.

Prabhakar has also claimed that he has given two bags of 50 lakh cash to Gosavi. The Prabhakar cell claimed that on October 1 at 9:45 pm, Gosavi had called to get ready and come to a place by 7:30 am on October 2. He also claimed that Gosavi had given him some photographs and asked him to identify the people in the photographs at the Green Gate.

On the other hand, Narcotics Control Bureau officer Sameer Wankhede has denied any wrongdoing in the case and said that he will give a ‘befitting reply’ to it. Agency sources called the claims “baseless”, and asked if the money had been taken, “why would anyone be in jail?”
