However, there is still a long way to go for Urfi who is still trolled every now and then on social media. Recently, Urfi opened up about how people in Bollywood treat her and also went on to list why she thinks she doesn’t make it big in Bollywood.
‘I don’t stand a chance in Bollywood’: Urfi Javed
Speaking on Ranveer Allahabadia aka Beer Biceps’ podcast, Urfi opened up about how once she complimented a Bollywood actor but was made feel small for the same. The influencer said that she was talking about influencer Diet Sabya. However, the actor did not seem to care about what she was saying. She said, “There were a lot of people and everyone noticed. I felt very small and embarrassed.” She then added, “I don’t stand a chance in Bollywood. People here don’t accept me.”
When Urfi was uninvited from an event
Urfi recently took to her Instagram to reveal thatch was uninvited from an event. The actor further shared that she was uninvited because she wasn’t in Bollywood actor Madhuri Dixit’s list.
Urfi wrote, “Fun fact about this event – they reached out to my team inviting me, I accepted the invitation, canceled my plans, arranged my outfit, last moment they told my time I’m no more invited – when we asked them the reason they told my team that I’m no more invited – when we asked them the reason they said I’m not on Madhuri’s guest list (what a weird reason).”
The reality star added, “Bhai main mar nahin nahi Kahn jaane ke liye but to tell someone not to come last moment after inviting them. Grow some balls or borrow some from me!”
