Esha Gupta: Model turned actor stepped in Bollywood, by starring in ‘Jannat 2’ opposite Emraan Hashmi. And since then, there is no looking back. From Raaz 3D, Humshakals to Commando 2, Isha Gupta is not just known for her films, but also the boldness she brings to the character. Her recent role in Aashram season 3 become the talk of the town, especially because of the steamy intimate scenes with Bobby Deol. But it’s not just her boldness or her sense of style that grabs headlines, but her fit, toned and healthy body as well.
She has the perfect healthy body type, something a lot of her fans look upto.
While Esha also always mentioned that there are a lot of things that does into maintaining that body.

Esha Gupta Workout routine is a must try

Esha Gupta has always stats that she does not like to restrict her body and there is not just one workout routine that she follows. She believes in surprising her body and goes at times goes for gymming, yoga, Pilates or sometimes pole dancing as well. For a better posture and good stretching as well.

Esha Gupta is a fan of Dry fruits and Surya Namaskar

Whenever she feels like snacking or going for something Junk, Esha opts for having dry fruits (which includes Walnuts, raisins, almonds, cashews, prunes, dates).
And in case she is feeling too hungry, then she goes for having A protein rich drink. In one of her old interview, Esha Gupta had talked on how before hitting the Gym or going for weight training exercises, she starts her workout hu performing the Surya Namaskar that actually preps her body.

A big No to Lactose and Gluten

Lactose and Gluten Rich diet is a Big NO No for Esha Gupta. Therefore she does not go for milk and as he opts for a gluten free diet, thus she avoids eating bread, cereals, grains and other food items that contain gluten.
