This is the most common symptom of vitamin B 12 deficiency. Because of this, you feel tired most of the time despite taking good diet, sleeping for sufficient hours. This can cause anemia in your body. As a result, sufficient oxygen does not reach the cells of your body and you feel dizzy, and lethargic. 

Pale Yellow Skin Tone

Your body appears yellowish, and also yellow pigments may be visible in your eyes. Apart from this, RBC (Red Blood Cells) do not get matured and the liver starts breaking them. As a result of this, bilirubin is formed, which makes most part of your body yellow.  

Persistent Headache
