How Does Ghee Benefit in a Daily Diet?

You are doing wrong if you are avoiding ghee for fear of weight gain and cholesterol.Lets talk of the benefits of including ghee in your daily diet.People have lack of information related to ghee.Ghee contains good cholesterol i.e. essential fat which is important for our body. 

Ghee contains large amount of vitamins A,D,E and K, which helps to strength the body.The misunderstanding that is common in people is that it increases weight and the amount of bad cholesterol.Ghee is beneficial for people with high or low blood pressure and cholestrol.By increasing the metabolism of the body,it helps to keep cholesterol under control.

Ghee is good for our nerves and brain.The reason behind this is that it contains high levels of omega-6 fatty acids and omega-3 fatty acids,which is good for overall health.If we will avoid intake of these acids it will result in increased risk of dementia and alzheimer. 

Ghee also has essential amino acids that help mobilise the fat and allow the fat cells to shrink in size.Ghee is really good for people suffering from joint pain.It helps in improving memory and vision power.It strengthens the immune system.

How much ghee is sufficient to consume?

We already have a tested quantity of ghee.Whenever we eat dal and we eat more ghee in comparison to rotis.While preparing puran poli we need more ghee.Take at least two teaspoons of ghee everyday for healthy benefits but,don’t eat too much as it will be harmful for your health
