During an Instagram Live, she invited dietitian Richa Gangani for guidance. Together, they designed an easy morning routine that Neha will follow for the next three weeks. The goal is to get a healthier, inflammation-free body using natural remedies.

Neha has followed Richa’s remedy, which is surprisingly straightforward. It involves blending raw turmeric, raw ginger, black peppercorns and nigella seeds with water and freezing the mixture into ice cubes.

Richa explained during the live session, “Every morning, take out one cube, add hot water, and stir in a teaspoon of MCT oil. You can use ghee, coconut oil, or olive oil, things that are already in your kitchen.”
