World Heart Day 2022: Five celebs we lost due to Heart Attack

World Heart Day 2022: Every year on September 29th, World Heart Day is observed to increase public awareness on the growing issues surrounding cardiovascular health. One of the leading cause of death, heart stroke, claims over 18.6 million lives annually. This accounts for 32% of the annual deaths worldwide. One of the main reasons of people succumbing to such death is, having an unhealthy lifestyle.

Since the Covid, we have lost many of our favourite celebrities to some or other illness. A sudden news of celeb passing away due to heart attack can shake any fandom. Today, we take a look on five celebrities who succumbed due to heart attack:

1. Raju Srivastava

Recently, comedian Raju Srivastava passed away. On August 10, he had a heart attack while exercising in the gym. He was admitted in AIIMS, Delhi but, on September 21, 2022, he died after fighting for more than 40 days to stay alive while using a ventilator. Bollywood and TV celebrities expressed sorrow over his passing. Stars like Bharti Singh, Kapil Sharma, and others attended his prayer meeting.

2. Siddharth Shukla

Winner of Bigg Boss 13, Siddharth Shukla’s death was a shock to everyone. Sidharth Shukla died of a major heart attack on September 2, 2021, at the age of 40.

3. Deepesh Bhan

Deepesh Bhan, a TV actor who rose to fame for his part in Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai, passed suddenly at the age of 41. According to reports, he had a heart attack while playing cricket and died there.

4. Puneeth Rajkumar

The tragic death of Kannada star Puneeth Rajkumar astounded everyone. While exercising in the gym, he reported experiencing chest pain. He was taken to a hospital right away, but he passed away at the age of 46.

5. KrishnaKumar Kannath

One of India’s most soulful singer passed away on May 31, 2022. Following his performance at a concert in Kolkata, KK passed away. He apparently experienced a severe heart attack, and the doctors immediately proclaimed him dead on his arrival at the hospital.
