As a guest on Koffee With Karan Season 7, the RRR actress wore one of her chicest ensembles. Ami Patel dressed Alia in a body-con dress by Magda Butrym. The chiffon costume included a keyhole that was locked in to create a basic V neckline, as well as twisted design on the breast, midriff cut-out, pleated skirt, full sleeves, and a 3D flower brooch put on her shoulder. Her rose-petal pattern red and pink dress was paired with pointed-toe red shoes.

After a little hiatus, we saw the same garment return to the fashion scene, but in a more dramatic form. The Cooper girl wore the same dress with the keyhole neckline but topped it off with a custom-made red coat by costume designer Marylin Fitoussi, who added pink feathers for fun and oomph.
