Avoid these 5 foods before your wedding

Whey Protein Supplements: Whey protein may contribute to acne because it raises levels of the hormone IGF-1.

Milk: Consider switching to plant-based milk if you have sensitive skin since dairy products might cause problems.

Corn Flakes: The glycemic index (GI) level of corn flakes’ primary constituents, which also include sugar, high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), and malt flavouring, is high.

Refined grains: White bread and spaghetti are examples of foods that quickly raise blood sugar levels.

Sweets: Consuming sweets might cause your body’s insulin levels to rise.

Dr Seema Oberoi, a consultant in dermatology at CK Birla Hospital in Gurugram talked about this in detail with Indian Express and she said, “These foods can also contribute to excessive weight gain and insulin resistance, which can be a factor in conditions like polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and acne.”
