Dr Sethi says that Fatty Liver is not caused by fat and it is a myth. He reveals that Fatty Liver is the product of High Fructose food and poor-quality oils. Fats present in avocado, olive oil and nuts are helpful for Fatty Livers.
Well, it is not the truth. Fatty Liver is a problematic condition and it can cause harm to one's body. It can cause Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH), Fibrosis and Cirrhosis. 3. Fatty Liver Can't Be Cured By Diet, Supplements Are Required
Debunking this myth, Dr Sethi said that it is not true that one needs supplements to cure Fatty Liver. Adding to the first point he said reducing High-Fructose and bad oils in your diet can help the patients to maintain a healthy liver. Combining a healthy diet with good oils and useful exercises helps in maintaining the liver and reversing the Fatty liver condition.
