Although everyone faces hair fall and sees a reduction in hair thickness through the years, it is an inevitable process that is not very noticeable either. However, hair loss involves losing more than 100 hairs. Therefore, if a person loses more than 100 hair each time, it can be deemed as hair loss. As a result, the person may start facing visible bald patches that increase over time. However, incorporating these food items into your diet can prevent hair loss.
