Instant recipe for Jalebi

To start making jalebi, first you have to prepare the sugar syrup. For that, Take a big pan and put it on the stove over medium heat. Add a cup of sugar, water (As needed), and 2 cardamom pods into the pan. Stir nicely until the sugar disappears and the water becomes thick.

In the next step, take a bowl, put a cup of maida in it and add 2 tablespoons of ghee, baking powder, and yellow food colour in an appropriate amount. Mix everything nicely.

Now add an appropriate amount of water to the mixture and mix till it becomes a thin paste. Pour this mixture into a bottle that has a small hole so that the paste can come out easily. Take a large pan and place it on the stove on medium heat and add vegetable oil to it.

When the oil becomes hot, use the bottle to squeeze out the thin paste in a spiral shape into the oil. Fry it until it becomes golden and crispy.

When the jalebi is fried well, then put it in sugar syrup and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then serve jalebi on a plate by garnishing with finely chopped pistachios on top.
