Sadhguru brought up the point that a lot of athletes are extremely slender, and experts in martial arts also oppose muscle growth. He disclosed that having muscle does not make one stronger or more efficient. According to the spiritual guru, the human body should not be built by bulking up on muscles. He disclosed a method known as "Angamardana" that fortifies the body internally. It implies either killing limbs or mastering them. Killing of limbs, to put it briefly, means that no matter what work you do, you should never really feel stressed out because, when you sit here, your sense of body almost seems to have vanished.
