He said that there are 14 types of cancers and 8 types of cancers infect the human body due to the consumption of bad food. He revealed that humans eat food that is old and it causes a lot of bad effects on the human body because the stored food contains inertia which means death to the human body. The spiritual guru continues to talk about lowering the chances of cancer. Sadhguru said that people should care about what they are eating and what is going on inside their bodies to significantly lower the cancer.

Jaggi Vasudev about being selfish

According to Jaggi Vasudev, if one must be selfish, one should be utterly self-centred because, when someone asks, they should ask for the entire world rather than just themselves.
