Live while you are alive, says Sadhguru

Sadhguru says that more than one and a half lakh people in the world leave their bodies due to natural death. Meanwhile, they were able to leave the body as per their will and did not succumb to any disease. This experience can be closely attributed to nirvana. If you are curious about how to attain this level, Sadhguru says it’s important to be happy while your life. You have to be present in a moment in order to live. Living in fantasy won’t help but only create extra pressure on the mind.

Sadhguru says to plan your day and future on your own terms. If you set an alarm at night to wake up in the morning and follow the routine in spite of taking a nap for 10 more minutes, it’s a commendable effort to begin the day on a positive note. He also says that the kind of food you eat, the kind of thoughts and feelings you keep inside, and the way you keep your body moving also affect your overall being. Another thing to keep track of is your sleep, the yoga guru says.

Sadhguru’s trick to wake up energetic

Sadhguru said that your heart pumps blood which works to bring life inside the whole body. If the heart is not there then nothing will happen.

He adds that when you rub both palms the whole system of your body wakes up. If you are feeling sleepy and you do this, the whole body will wake up and immediately all the nerves connected to the eyes feel a rush, fueling your body with energy.
