Shanaya Kapoor loves dance and being basic

Shanaya does not believe in overdoing things and makes sure to follow a simple workout routine. She does hit the gym, but also makes it fun by adding Yoga and Pilates to the routine. Shanaya has talked on how she loves dancing and has been a trained Belly and Kathak dancer. While she not just takes it as a passion but makes sure to include some dancing in her fitness regime as well. She not just acts as a good workout for the muscles, but also improves her flexibility.

It is A big No to Sugar for Shanaya Kapoor

In one of the interviews, Shanaya talked on how she avoids having sugar and something sweet. Specially before going for a shoot or an important event.
