The doctor suggests that when you sleep on your side and raise your head the nasal passage opens completely resulting in prevention from snoring. You can use a pillow to do that or try and test which length is suitable for you.
3. Aroma Therapy for Snoring
People who use aroma always maintain their sleep well. Actually, smelling oils like Eucalyptus oil or Lavender oil keep your air passages clean and avoid congestion. You can use these Aromas while taking a bath or before sleeping.
4. Avoid Sedatives Before Sleeping
Dr suggests that one should avoid taking sedatives before sleeping as it can cause snoring. One can do Yogas like Anulom Vilom before sleeping for a sound sleep without any nasal problems.

Fat around the neck can also be a cause of snoring. To reduce it you can do neck or face stretches. Simha Mudra is another useful way to help with neck fat loss which ultimately creates a clean passage for air.
