Urfi Javed: From saying NO to sugar to opting for this special workout routine, this is what the social media sensation does to get in shape

Urfi Javed: Urfi Javed is one such influencer and personality who has managed to make a name for herself in a short span of time. Where in order to try new looks and experiment with the clothing, a lot goes into attaining the final outcome. And always being in the right shape, is the topmost priority for the influencer. While there was a time when Urfi had gained a lot of weight and followed a strict diet and health routine, to get back in shape. Let’s take a look a look at some things the sensation follows in order to stay fit and get that toned body.

Urfi Javed opts for a healthy Breakfast, lunch and dinner!

According to reports, Urfi starts her day with hot warm water with lemon and honey added into it. She mostly skips her meal and directly goes for lunch. On the other hand, she goes for a heavy lunch and consumes grilled fish, legumes, at times she goes for eating biryani and green leafy vegetable is also something she opts for. Where she avoids rice for dinner and mostly eat in small portions. Dal, roti, a lot of Salad, curd and sabzi is her go to meal.
Other than that she has also stated that there are a lot of times when she cheats and goes for eating pizza or Biryani.

Urfi Javed intense Workout

In one of her old interviews, Urfi stated on how she does not have a fixed workout routine and that she is really not into gymming and other things. But there are times when she opts to go for MMA training and does some simple Yoga at home.

Things the sensation says a BIG NO to

Urfi Javed makers sure to avoid sugar and maida in her diet. There was a time when she gained a lot of weight and in order to get back in shape, her last meal of the day used to be at 4pm. Even today she follows it at times, but not all the time.
