While talking about her weight loss journey, Diksha mentioned drinking Coriander seed, celery seed and ginger water. Followed by a brisk walk in the morning that will activate your metabolism. She also mentioned that you can supplement your drink with jeera water.

Breakfast of Egg and Mushrooms Helps

For weight loss, Diksha suggested eating eggs and mushrooms. She used 2 Eggs and 1 Mushroom. You can put mushrooms in the egg and cook them together. She suggested that moong dal chila with vegetables can be a good supplement for it.

Weight Loss: Interesting Mid Meal Drink

In Diksha's weight loss journey, she used to drink coffee as a mid meal. However, you can drink Coconut water as well.

Diksha mentioned that losing weight can be effective only when the body keeps on moving. For that, you can do pilates or weight training, hitting the gym 4 times a week for 45 minutes can be effective. Additionally, one should aim for 10K steps a day to keep on losing weight.
