Army Chief Manoj Pande Says Situation Along China Border Is Unpredictable

Army Chief Manoj Pandey said that every action of China on the border is being closely monitored. The situation on the northern border is stable, but unpredictable. We have been able to resolve 5 out of 7 issues. We have continued to talk both at the diplomatic and military levels. We have sufficient stock to meet any emergency. The deployment from the opposing side on the northern border continues like this. We have an equal number of soldiers. Unlike the Eastern Command, there has been a slight increase in the number of troops, but we are keeping a close watch on it.

Development initiatives and economic activities have yielded good results.
