Ayodhya Ram Mandir

Ayodhya Ram Mandir: Tomorrow is the great consecration event of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be present for the 'Pran Pratistha' ceremonies. About 13,000 troops have been deployed as part of a multi-layered security operation to bolster security in the city before the event.

Distinguished Guests at 'Pran Pratistha'

The consecration event will be attended by those who participated in the protests that led to the construction of the temple. The 'Pran Pratistha' is an invitation-only event for celebrities like MS Dhoni and Sachin Tendulkar, business moguls Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani, and Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan.

The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) has established a camp close to the shrine in Ayodhya to respond to any emergencies, and anti-bomb and dog squads have also been sent out, according to news agency ANI.

'Pran Pratistha' Timing

The 'Pran Pratistha' ceremony is scheduled to start at 12:20 pm and should be finished by 1 pm. After that, PM Modi will speak to a crowd of more than 7,000 people at the location, including prominent figures and seers. Thousands of people are anticipated to watch the ceremony live on television and other internet platforms in the meantime. The Centre has announced a half-day, and some states have declared holidays.

Pre-Pran Pratistha Concludes

Pre-Pran Pratistha ceremonies are scheduled to conclude today, having started on January 16. Arun Yogiraj, a sculptor from Mysuru, created the 51-inch Ram Lalla idol, which was unveiled on Friday and put in the Ram Mandir's sanctum sanctorum on Thursday (January 18). The Ram Mandir trust unveiled new images earlier in the day that provided an inside look at the stunning temple as it prepared for tomorrow's monumental inauguration. Tuesday, January 23, is when the Ram Mandir will open for public viewing following tomorrow's consecration ceremony.

High-Tech Surveillance

In an interview with India Today, Prashant Kumar, the DG for Law and Order for Uttar Pradesh, stated that in addition to the 13,000 troops on duty, police in Ayodhya are enhancing the city's security system by utilising CCTV equipped with artificial intelligence. Before the "Pran Pratistha," up to 10,000 CCTV cameras have been placed throughout Ayodhya for round-the-clock surveillance. They have anti-drone technology as well.

Personnel from the Rapid Action Force (RPF) have been stationed at the Lata Mangeshkar Chowk. On the Sarayu River, police patrol boats on a regular basis. At the newly opened Maharishi Valmiki International Airport in Ayodhya, anti-bomb and dog squads have been stationed as devotees and dignitaries begin to arrive in the city for the 'Pran Pratistha'.

Traffic Control Measures

In Ayodhya, police have also implemented a traffic diversion; starting tomorrow, only authorised vehicles will be permitted entry into the city. Every intersection in Ayodhya has movable barriers with barbed wire installed by the police, who deploy them to control traffic, particularly when VIPs are in town.

In the meantime, parking arrangements have been prepared at 51 specific spots in Ayodhya by the Uttar Pradesh government to facilitate tourists' easy entry and leave. 22,825 parking places will be available for vehicles, and in order to make things easier for visitors, these locations will be conveniently marked on Google Maps and will be continuously monitored by drones, officials announced on Sunday.

Diverse Parking Locations

According to BD Paulson, Additional Director General (ADG) of Traffic, 51 locations have been designated for guests' cars to park during the Ram Mandir consecration event. These include locations along the Tehri Bazaar Rampath, Bhakti Path Marg, Dharma Path Marg, Parikrama Marg, Bandha Marg, Unwal Marg, and Mahobra Marg, among others.

These parking spaces are situated on property owned by the government, businesses, and the tourism bureau. Additionally, cars could be parked at the multistory parking structure constructed in Ayodhya.

NDRF Preparedness for Varied Threats

Several NDRF teams have been dispatched, each with training to handle chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats, drowning accidents, and natural catastrophes like earthquakes.

The administration of Ayodhya has also taken steps to address health emergencies, particularly since a strong cold wave has left much of North India with bitter cold. In Ayodhya, beds have been reserved in medical colleges, district hospitals, and municipal hospitals. Additionally, doctors at healthcare facilities have received targeted emergency response training from specialists at AIIMS.

Spiritual Adornments

For the opening of the Ram Mandir, Ayodhya has been inundated with gifts. These consist of 56 different kinds of "petha," or sweets, rice, ladoos, vegetables, and the 500-kg iron-copper "nagada" and the "Onavillu" bow. Bracelets with depictions of Lord Ram are also included.

Special perfumes from Kannauj, 500 kg of "kumkum" leaves from Amravati, grains from a Ram temple in Delhi, flowers from Bhopal, and documents from Madhya Pradesh's Chhindwara with Lord Ram written 4.31 crore times are among the other gifts.

Cross-Border Blessings

More than three thousand gifts have also reached Ayodhya from Janakpur, the birthplace of Sita in Nepal. A delegation from Sri Lanka delivered a unique gift from the Ashok Vatika, a garden that appears in the epic Ramayana.

According to Champat Rai, general secretary of the Ram Temple Trust, ingress will be from the east and leave from the south. In the end, the superstructure of the entire temple will have three stories. To get to the Ram Mandir's main area, visitors must up 32 steps from the eastern side.
