Bengaluru: In a disturbing event, a manager at Google’s Bengaluru office was forced into a marriage in Bhopal. Ganesh Shankar has been named as the victim.

Shankar works as a senior management for the US-based corporation and resides in Bengaluru.
He said in his complaint that while he was a student at IIM Shillong, he had interacted with a woman by the name of Sujata.
He was called to Bhopal, where he received drugs before being given to Sujata for marriage.
Additionally, he informed the police that the woman’s family members had taken some pictures of him with Sujata and are now requesting Rs 40 lakh.
Members of Sujata’s relatives, Kamlesh Singh, Shaivesh Singh, and Vijendra Kumar, are the subjects of a police report.
