A very shameful case has come to light from Nagpur, Maharashtra. A 40-year-old father has been arrested in Nagpur for killing his daughter. According to the information, it is alleged that the accused person got his daughter to write suicide notes to implicate his relatives and then asked her to commit suicide. According to the information received from the police, during the drama of suicide, the accused killed him.
A 16-year-old girl was found hanging at her house in Nagpur’s Kalmana area on November 6, a police official said. An officer of Kalamna police station said that on the basis of five suicide notes found in the room of the teenager, the police had registered a case against her step mother and some other relatives for abetment to suicide. The officer said that during the investigation, the mobile of his father was subdued, then the whole conspiracy was exposed.
“In the mobile phone, we found a photograph of the victim enacting a suicide bid. It came to light that he had asked his daughter to act as if she was hanging herself and clicked a photograph, claiming he wanted to teach his relatives a lesson,” the police official said.
“Before that the man had asked the girl to write five suicide notes naming these relatives. When the girl did so and tied the noose around her neck and stood on a stool as instructed by him, he clicked a photo and then allegedly kicked the stool, causing her death by hanging. She died in front of her father and 12-year-old sister,” the official said.
Wanted to teach a lesson to relatives
The police officer said that during investigation, a photograph was found in the mobile phone in which the girl was seen trying to commit suicide. He said that the investigation revealed that he had asked his daughter to do such a drama. As soon as the girl pretended to hang, he took her photo. According to the officer, the accused wanted to teach a lesson to his relatives.
The officer said that the accused got his daughter to write five suicide notes in which the names of the concerned relatives were written. He told that when the girl was standing on the stool to pretend to hang the noose at his behest, he clicked the photo and tripped and dropped the stool, due to which the girl died.
