Twitter India MD Manish Maheshwari has to reach the Loni police station on Thursday for interrogation regarding the viral video in the case of cutting the beard of an elderly resident of Bulandshahr in Loni. Even before his arrival, a large gathering of media personnel had gathered outside the Loni police station. At the same time, due to a petition filed by Manish Maheshwari in the Karnataka High Court, the possibility of his appearance in the Loni police station has now become negligible.

Due to the gathering of media persons, there has been a traffic jam outside the Loni police station. IO and CO Atul Kumar Sonkar are present at Loni Border Police Station to answer questions from Twitter India MD Manish.

On the one hand, while Manish Maheshwari is waiting in the Ghaziabad police station, on the other hand Maheshwari's advocate has filed a petition in the Karnataka High Court to avoid arrest. Loni police station in-charge Akhilesh Mishra said that he has spoken to Twitter MD Manish Maheshwari's advocate Shashank Jain over the phone. In the Karnataka High Court, the advocate had filed a petition for production, which was to be heard before lunch, but the hearing was not held before lunch, now the hearing is to be held after lunch i.e. at 2.30 pm. After the hearing, the advocate will give information about the MD reaching Loni.

Manish Maheshwari, MD, Twitter India, has to present his side with regard to not deleting the inflammatory tweet by presenting at Loni Border Police Station today.
