Holy Month Of Ramadan to commence from 24th March

Ramadan 2023: The holy month of Ramadan is about to begin. It has been announced by Idar-e-Sharia Hind that the first day of Ramzan will start from Friday, March 24, 2023. The moon of Ramzan was not sighted in India on Wednesday evening, so the holy month of Ramzan will officially start on Friday (Zuma).

Holy month of Ramzan will start from Friday

Everyone was engaged in sighting the moon, but till now the news of non-sighting of the moon of Ramzan is coming from Maharashtra etc., while no news of moon sighting has come from Kolkata, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand. If there is a moon on 29th Wednesday evening, then the first fast would start from 23rd March. But if there is a moon of 30, then the first Roza will be from Friday, 24 March. The moon was not sighted on Wednesday. Ramzan will not start from Thursday. Holy month of Ramzan will start from Friday when the moon is sighted on Thursday.

Special preparation especially in the mosques

As Friday is the first day of Ramzan, Friday prayers will be offered with enthusiasm. Preparations for Ramzan are in full of enthusiasm from city to village. There is special preparation especially in the mosques. Preparations for Iftar and Sehri are going on with enthusiasm in homes. With the sighting of the moon, Taraweeh will start in the mosques from the same night. Hafiz have also intensified the preparations regarding Taraweeh. Hafiz has reached some mosques. Taraweeh will continue for 27 days in most of the mosques. In some it will be 10 and in some it will be for three days.
