Noida News: Good News for Delhi-Noida Commuters, Mahamaya Flyover to DND Loop Road Widening Approved

Uttar Pradesh, Noida News: On June 8, 2025, in Noida, Good news for the lakhs of people who move between Delhi and Noida every day! The important part of the Noida Expressway from the Mahamaya Flyover to the DND Flyover Loop will be widened by the Noida Authority. This will greatly reduce traffic jams in the area.

About the Project

Part of the road in front of Rashtriya Dalit Prerna Sthal (Sector-95) will get wider. To make room for a new 5.5-meter-wide service lane, the current 1-meter roadside track, 1.4-meter-wide footpath, and 3.1-meter paved tile surface will be taken away. It will become 45 metres wider all the way across the road.

Clearance from the Government

The Noida Authority just got the needed No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Management, Security, and Maintenance Committee for Monuments, Museums, Institutions, Parks, and Upvans of the Uttar Pradesh Government. With this "green light," the authority can start the bid process for the project.

Effects on Traffic

People who are driving and emergency services alike have to deal with bad traffic jams on this stretch, especially during rush hour. The 5 lakh cars that use this route every day will be able to move more easily and more regularly now that the road is wider.
