Pakistan on India: The new passenger terminal (T3) at Lucknow's CCSI Airport was unveiled, marking a significant milestone for the airport. The former Minister of Civil Aviation, Suresh Prabhu, first announced the project's plans in 2018. The terminal, which covers a large area of 1,11,367 square metres, has a roomy basement and a hallway that connects to T2. With a capacity of over 13 million passengers a year, it represents a major advancement in the development of the city's infrastructure.

State-of-the-Art Infrastructure:

Built for an estimated ₹1,383 crore, the T3 Terminal features a plethora of contemporary amenities to ensure smooth passenger movement, including 75 check-in counters, 18 kiosks, 30 lifts, and 5 escalators. The terminal's interiors, which were designed by Pascal and Watson, are a sophisticated and elegant way to enhance the Uttar Pradesh culture that permeates the space.

When reporter ask a lady showing her the visuals of Lucknow International Airport that "Tell me where is this airport?" She said, "Maybe US or UAE." When she was told that it was from Lucknow, they did not believe it. The lady said, "Our people are illiterate. Even if you build something here, people destroy it. I consider Narendra Modi Saheb a hero. He is taking time and doing better work."
