PM Modi to address foreign ministers meet on India’s influence in world affairs

In March, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address to a meeting of foreign ministers from around the world about India’s growing influence on global affairs.

With his senior cabinet colleagues in present, PM Modi will speak to the foreign ministers of 40 significant nations. One of the major meetings leading up to the final summit, which will take place in September of this year, is supposed to be the G20 foreign ministers summit. PM Narendra Modi will preside over the event’s organisation.

The Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chouhan, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, and three service chiefs will all present India’s perspective on world affairs over the course of the three-day event.

Government sources claim that if the environment at the meetings is deemed favourable, the world leaders would also prefer to find answers to the continuing global crisis, including the war in Russia and Ukraine.

Russia might be utilised to discuss the ongoing problem in Europe even though Ukraine is not attending the meeting. India could possibly offer a suggestion for a solution.

Who all will be there in meeting?

Foreign ministers from countries like the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, and others are expected to attend the conclave. Even opposition from the Pakistani side on this matter, the government will also convene a number of significant talks linked to the G20 foreign ministers meeting in the Kashmir Valley.
