PM Modi: With the launch of ten high-speed Vande Bharat trains from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a substantial advancement in the country's rail network and infrastructure. Railway Infrastructure Expansion
The building of railway workshops, loco sheds, pit lines/coaching depots, the Phaltan-Baramati New line, upgrades to the electric traction system and the dedication of two new Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) sections—the New Makarpura to New Gholvad section (244 Rkm) of the Western DFC and the New Khurja to Sahnewal section (401 Rkm) of the Eastern DFC—were among the projects that were started. The country was also the focus of the Operation Control Centre (OCC) of the Western DFC in Ahmedabad.

Additionally, Prime Minister Modi inaugurated ten new Vande Bharat trains, which will improve connectivity on routes like Ahmedabad-Mumbai Central, Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam, Patna-Lucknow, New Jalpaiguri-Patna, Puri-Visakhapatnam, Lucknow-Dehradun, Ranchi-Varanasi, Khajuraho-Delhi (Nizamuddin), and Mysuru-Dr. MGR Central (Chennai). He also expanded the routes of four trains operating the Vande Bharat.
Flagging Off Trains on Dedicated Freight Corridor
Additionally, freight trains were flagged off from a number of locations along the Dedicated Freight Corridor, including New Khurja Jn, Sahnewal, New Rewari, New Kishangarh, New Gholvad, and New Makarpura. The Prime Minister inaugurated 50 Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendras, which provide reasonably priced, high-quality generic medications, at train stops.
In addition, he allocated 51 Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminals to facilitate the smooth transportation of products. In order to improve efficiency and safety, the prime minister officially opened 80 sections totaling 1045 Rkm of automatic signalling. In order to increase operational effectiveness and safety, the country's Digital Controlling of Railway stations at 2646 locations was also inaugurated.

35 Rail Coach Restaurants, more than 1500 One Station One Product Stalls highlighting regional goods, and 975 Solar Powered Stations/Buildings were among the other commitments.
