Rahul Gandhi Acknowledges Their Courage And Dignity

Calling them “देशभक्त परिवार”, Gandhi saluted their courage and dignity, acknowledging the heavy burden of war they are forced to bear time and again. He promised to stand firmly with the victims' families and assured that their demands and concerns will be raised at the national level.

This visit comes amid rising concerns over cross-border violations and the safety of civilians in frontier areas like Poonch. Gandhi’s outreach is being seen as a political and humanitarian gesture aimed at highlighting the hardships faced by border communities.

The Congress leader has frequently emphasized the need for security, rehabilitation, and accountability when it comes to civilian casualties in conflict zones.
