Amidst the ever-increasing cases of corona in Delhi, the Delhi government has decided to give more relaxation in restrictions to the residents of Delhi. In the announcement related to the relaxation of corona restrictions from the state government, it was said that cinemas, theaters and multiplexes will now be able to run with their 100% seating capacity. Till now they were allowed to run with 50% seating capacity. Relaxation in corona restrictions in Delhi will be issued from November 1.
Under the relaxation of restrictions, now 200 people can attend the wedding ceremony in Delhi. Till now, only 100 people were allowed to attend wedding ceremonies. At the same time, 200 people will now be able to attend the funeral. Here, till now 100 people were allowed to attend.

The order said that the owners of theatres, theaters and multiplexes will be responsible for strict compliance of standard operating procedure and ensure adherence to COVID-appropriate behavior in the premises as per official guidelines.
DDMA has also given permission to reopen all authorized weekly markets in Delhi from November 1.
Earlier, the Delhi government had announced relaxation for the Chhath Puja event. In this, the Revenue Department has been given the responsibility of identifying and preparing the site for the Chhath Puja event.
Under this, there will be no site of Chhath Puja on the banks of river Yamuna. It is strictly forbidden to flow the worship materials or food grains in the Yamuna river. All the organizers have to strictly follow all the guidelines of NGT and Yamuna Monitoring Committee.
