Salman Khan Cancels Event After Ahmedabad Plane Crash, Pays Tribute

Close to the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, a terrible plane crash occurred resulting in two deaths and many people injured. The city of Ahmedabad is now shadows of its former self. The horrible accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon. Bollywood actor Salman Khan is one of the many people across the nation both saddened and concerned for the family.

An flight school in the area is said to have had a problem with the private training plane while it was in the air, and it crashed in a field close to the airport. Even though rescue teams arrived quickly and got to work, two people on board could not be saved. The hurt people were taken to a public hospital right away, and they are still getting critical care there.

Salman Khan had to stop a big event in Ahmedabad that was meant to promote his next movie because of this tragedy. He was sensitive and polite, so he said, "Now is not the time to celebrate."
