Seven people have been arrested for allegedly lynching a BSF jawan for opposing an obscene video of his daughter in Gujarat’s Nadiad. According to sources, the BSF personnel had gone to the house of a 15-year-old boy to complain, who allegedly posted the video online. There was an altercation and the relatives of the girl attacked the jawan.
Police interrogating the seven accused
According to media reports, an FIR was lodged by the wife of the deceased BSF jawan, on which the police arrested seven accused while taking action. The accused are now being interrogated in this regard.
According to the FIR registered by the police, last Saturday night the BSF jawan along with his wife, two sons and nephew went to the house of the accused boy to complain. But the family members of the accused started abusing them. When he protested, the accused attacked him.
Objectionable video of deceased’s daughter went viral
According to the FIR, recently an objectionable video of the jawan’s 15-year-old daughter had gone viral. A 15 year old boy is also seen in the video. According to the victim’s family, the same boy who allegedly circulated the video.
